A Southeast Asian 80s take on the typical peplum afternoon dresses of the 50s. The dress is cut from unique tortilla brown fishnet fabric and decorated with a pointed flat cotton collar and an elastic peplum waist. It flows out into full swing skirt that ends mid calf.
